Payment: We accept PayPal
Shipping: All parcels are sent via regular Australia post.
Shipping within Australia takes between 2-5 working days and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Please bear in mind your purchase may take longer to get to you
due to customs in your country. Please allow additonal time for your purchase to be received by you. Express shipping can be arranged please contact us prior to purchase. There will be an additional charge for this service.
Handling time: Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days for all ready-made items.
If you have requested a custom-made order then the time-frame will be specified before production commences.
Custom Orders: Full payment for custom orders is required upfront. A time-frame for production of goods will be specified to the customer prior to commencement. No refunds are given for custom orders. We will keep you informed during the production process and email photos of the item before shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges: Every customer has their opinion, this is important to us. We want every purchase to be what the customer expects. If any aspect of your purchase is not to your satisfaction please contact us via our contact form or email [email protected] and we will endeavour to work out a solution.
Bear in mind that the colour on your monitor may vary slightly and these are all handmade pieces and sometimes can not be exactly the same.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are generally not accepted, except in unusual circumstances. If an exception is made, Peacock & Lotus Designs will not cover the cost of the return postage. The cost of postage to send back to Peacock & Lotus Designs will be the buyer's responsibility. No exchange on hair accessories. Exchanges will be accepted for Shoe clips and necklaces so long as they are returned to us in the same condition that they were sent.
